By tramway
The Museo degli Innocenti can be reached by the current tramway line T2 (Peretola - San Marco section), either from Santa Maria Novella station or from Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci." In both cases, the nearest stop is "San Marco."

Being located in the historic center of Florence within the ZTL Zone B, the Museo degli Innocenti is not directly accessible by car.
