Museo per tutti

The Museo degli Innocenti adheres to the Museo per tutti project, an initiative that combines the concepts of education, mediation and accessibility to give life to a new museum concept defined as a "participation museum," where the public actively intervenes, contributing to the co-creation of the museum itself. A museum that is, therefore, at the service of society, within a context of sustainable development, aimed at promoting cultural diversity.
With this in mind, the Museo degli Innocenti offers downloadable visit support for visitors with cognitive and intellectual disabilities.
Tactile pathway for the visually impaired and blind

The Museo degli Innocenti and its "works to touch"
A project aimed at making a number of artworks on display within the museum accessible and usable to all visually impaired and blind people. Along the entire museum route, a series of ten original works of art is now accessible to visually impaired and blind visitors. Just wear protective latex gloves and you will have the opportunity to discover The Coat of Arms of the Art of Silk, the marble stoup of the "Cortile degli Uomini" and the Coronation of the Virgin by Benedetto Buglioni, and many more works!
